A couple days ago I found a little bump on my 4 year old lab mix. I thought it was just a bug bite, but its not red at all, and across the center of the bump is a little line that has become crusty. The hair on and around the bump has fallen out, and you could see it through the hair. The bump is no more than half a centimeter in diameter, but im worried about the little crusty line across the center. Does anybody know if it could be anything more?

Labs. They have a tendency towards fat lumps etc. I suggest, for your own peace of mind, have a vet check it out. Could be a sebaceous cyst, could be a fat lump, could be a small tumor, could be a piece of spear grass.
No one on this site can diagnose your dog, so take it to someone who can.

This may be a cut/scratch that's become infected.

Yep, take it to a vet. It could be a staff infection and they can only be gotten rid of with antibiotics.
