Dog Groomer?

Hi can anyone recommend a good dog groomer in South East London? and how much can I expect to pay? I just want the hair around my puppy's eyes trimmed.

I know a few groomers, but I can't see one of them just doing the eyes, it would have to be a bath and a tidy up at least. My Sheepies hair grows all over their eyes and the way I taught them to be still is with 2 people. Get a few favourite tit bits and make the dog sit and stay, one person holds the dogs attention with the tit bit above his head and you lightly run the closed handle end of the scissors around the eye area while holding his jaw lightly in your other hand. Do this every day and he will soon learn to be still and you can start to trim, I have been doing this for 30 odd years and its never failed yet.

Well where I live in Michigan, a puppy cut is $15-20 (just a trim and a bath), and a full groom is $30 (which includes: bath, cut, nails, and dried).

If you only want to get your dogs hair around the eyes trimmed then dont bother paying, trust me just do it yourself, you save money and time.

Well, go to www.pugsandkisses.com and you will find a grooming salon. It depends what breed you have though, if you only want your babies eyes trimmed then it should not be too costly. Also, why not go to your nearest pets at home, there is one in Dartford where the prices are very good.

Best advice i can give you and it will save you money is to put your puppy in the bath! My dogs dont like a bath and are as still as statues and thats the time i do their ears, eyes and cut their nails! Try it and see.
